MEGA SUZUKI
Martinez
Grandmaster of Shorinjiryu Kensokukai Karatedo.
Shuseki-Shihan Mega Suzuki Martinez began his Martial Arts training in
1973 in New York City. He moved to Japan in the summer of 1987, where
he lived and studied karate for 5 years under the guidance of So-Shihan
Masayuki Kukan Kudaka, Grandmaster of Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo
Founder and Chairman of the World Koshiki Karate Federation. There he
fought and won many karate tournaments including the All Japan Koshiki
Karate championships.
He became a gold medalist in the 1992 World Koshiki Karate
Championships in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In 1993 he opened the Kensokukai Dojo in New York City. He also won a gold medal at the 2000 Asia Pacific Koshiki karate Super Challenge in Bandung, Indonesia.
He has conducted many seminars and performed Karate demonstrations in
Japan, Australia, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada, Argentina and
the United States. He also Modeled for the book Essential Shorinjiryu
Karatedo, written by So-Shihan Masayuki Kukan Kudaka.
